To digress a bit, QBs do win games in the NFL and are by far the most important position out of 22 starters. Why is this so hard for you to understand. Most games in NFL are decided by 7 points or less. It’s about making plays in the fourth quarter. It just is.
They absolutely have an effect on the games- as we saw saw with cutler this year. But the qb isn’t the end all be all

Well you'll never know with TannenBum. He was brought here to destroy our cap, and bury this franchise for a decade. Dude has no clue how to put a team together. Really hope he quits. Ross will hold on to him for to long like his track record. In other words. Our Dolphins are doomed years to come.

The only way Kirk Cousins plays a snap for the Dolphins in 2018 is if Ryan Tannehill has his name changed.
Well, I doubt very much that happens for a few reason...
1. Money:
The amount of money it will cost to get Cousins to Miami will get people fired if they don't win a Superbowl...even T-Bum is not that dumb.
2. More important positions:
The real reason Miami is clearing all money (and more to come), is because they need to sign a consistent TE, O-Guard, a Pass-Rushing DE that that can actually get to the QB, WR (If Landry leaves)...any one of those positions will be expensive if taken in FA, and though most of those positions (Including Safety, Power back, ) will be taken in the draft, one or more of those positions will need to be taken in FA for dependable quality player, of which will cost money.
3. Listening to Boomer? Really?!!:
The most obvious is biggest reason, Boomer hates the Dolphins, if he really believed this, and though it would make them better, he would be quiet, instead he he is talking about Cousins (of which he knows, never will happen), because it allows him yet again to tell people Tannehill (who will be the QB in Sept), is not a good QB, though if compared how each did in simmular Situations is as good or better then Cousins.
4. Listening to Boomer? Really?!! (part 2):
Lucky for us, Boomer is a cluesless individual that if he were serious, still would be tough to take seriously with how low his success rate is on what he thinks.
