Barry Jackson: Dungy and JT Criticize Philbin

Ignore the media. Twisting words and speculating ideas with out any gumption behind them.

We shouldn't be surprised the RT has taken a few steps. We like to imagine that he would step seamlessly into a brand new offense but that's not reality. No one wants to hear that RT and the offense needs more time to gel with new schemes because of the immediate gratifications that society now serves to us but it's the truth. Now the truth in whether Philbin and Tannehill will succeed as move further into the season is yet to be told but any assumptions this early is simply foolish.

Amazing how this franchise manages to make a testicle of its self!

Joe Philbin does it to himself! The only thing he sucks at worse then coaching is life! The guy is a total squid, a complete bump on a log, and those are the hardest coaches to play for. He is uninspiring, and makes it easy for the players to not like him.

Ah the irony of making such statements.

Clueless joe has lost the players.

Coaches like a wimp and makes decisions that don't make any sense - this tannehill news this week was pathetic.

Thinking back I can't recall a Dolphins coach ever inflicting a wound on himself to this extent. This week has ben mind boggling to say the least.

Taking it a step further, I've never seen ANY team's prospects for the season go downhill as much and as rapidly as ours has after that win over the Patriots to start the season.

I thought last year was a long season. It seems like this season is already in like Week 12.

My only theory left at this point:

This couldn't be more fitting, considering how big a Seinfield fan Failbin is.

This "Philbin and Tannehill are tied" thing is BS. Philbin is tied to winning, not Tannehill. If Tannehill starts the rest of the way and we fail to make the playoffs, Philbin is gone. If Moore starts the rest of the way and we fail to make the playoffs, he's gone. If we make the playoffs with either one, he stays. From what I have seen over the last three years, Moore has at least as good of a chance or better to get them to the playoffs.

Winning is what matters.

With Armando's column this week and the questions at the presser they baited him into it. Joe's a big boy and should have handled it better.
I'm not happy with the coaching so far but I base that on the way the team plays not a misstep at a silly press conference with all those sharks sniffing for bait.

Joe Philbin is losing that locker room and has created a controversy all by himself. It was stupid to float the thought that RT may not start against the Raiders. Regardless of the offensive output this Sunday, once you have players questioning your decisions, it's all but over.

He has everyone questioning it. I have to say, I have not seen even one thing that stands out as great with Philbin. I mean not since the day he was hired. Further, he coaches like a high school coach or something. He is not pro.

We won't make the playoffs. And I'll jump at the chance to put my money where my mouth is.

I really think Philbin is grabbing straws at this point.
If he lights A fire underneath Tannehill and Tanne has a good game then it was a good move...:troll::rastanana

That's good 'ole Miami Dolphins Football for you...

Maybe but I thought this offense was paint by numbers for QB's? I'm willing to give him more time but by mid season the Eagles QB's weren't having issues with the new offense.
I mean how does this play end in a sack?

Run the football and move the chains.

IF Joe is doing this to "motivate" RT, then bench RT because it means he is the wrong guy. IF RT is playing hard, prepping the best he can, then support him until the end or simply take him out.

This stunt by Joe is so laughable to me.
