**Bills/Phins Post Game**

I did a break down of Tua's stats against the teams we played with winning records

Completion % - 65.15
Yards - 1394/232 per game average
TD's - 7
Int - 6

There you have it, is this what a Franchise QB looks like? I will make it easier, when I see Mahomes, Allen, Jackson, Burrow and they have the ball with 2 min to go I fear I will lose. When I know Tua is getting the ball with 2 minutes to go I cringe because more times than not it goes bad.
Tua had plenty of chances to change the narrative but he never did. He has one more game this season to do so. However after the debacle, choke job or whatver you want to call it vs the Bills. I just can't get excited anymore. Losing the division title the way the team did was disgraceful.

When Marino had the ball with the game on the line I knew he was going downfield. When Tua has the ball with the game on the line I expect something awkward and bad to happen. I wish it wasn’t that way, but it is. That’s the narrative he wrote this season. Can it change next week? Maybe. But that maybe is based on blind faith, not any real world relevance.

Now all night my emotional reaction has been time to move on from Tua. But maybe one more offseason and his experiences this year gives him focus on making fixes. He’s 25, he’s young. He’s been battled tested quite a bit. He plays well against inferior teams. He’s also on a cheap fifth year. Don’t extend him. Make him make us pay after next season with a massive contract because his play has been undeniably great.

Listen, I loved Marino too, but my childhood memories are filled with him and the Dolphins getting owned by the Bills in big games.

The NFL got what they wanted. The Bills in the playoffs with the #2 seed. They were pushing the Bills circling the Wagons bullshit for over a damn month. McDaniel did everything he could to oblige.

Now the NFL gets to setup their preferred match ups Bills vs Ravens in the AFC and Cowboys vs 49ers in the NFC. They will get their 49ers vs Ravens rematch in the Super Bowl. Yippee. Don't give a **** and won't be watching. Will be the 3rd Super Bowl in the past 35 years that I won't bother watching.

I'd say the Titans loss was the debacle and the gift that kept on giving.

This was more of a bad strategy/gameplan, but maybe we were forced into a bad/conservative gameplan with all the injuries.

I get a kick out of people who only blame Tua for these losses. Who on offense stepped up last night? Our best player (was held) and then dropped a would be perfectly thrown TD (or at least a massive gain). Our ST allowed a 96 yard punt return TD. Our defense played well, but they did allow Buffalo to drain the clock on long drives all of the second half. Not entirely their fault as the offense was atrocious and the play calling was heinous, but 7.5, 5, 5 and 4.5 minute drives did kill the clock. This team has bigger problems than Tua.

Let's face it. If we had beaten Tennessee and had the 2 seed, Tua would **** the bed next week against the Steelers even without JT Watt on the field. We would lose to the Steelers who aren't even good enough to be in the playoffs because Tua chokes hard in big games. That is what he does.

They adjusted at the half…we didn’t. Its infuriating because that’s they way it’s been forever in close games.

I don't know what to think.
Defense, down every edge rusher who was on the roster to start the year, was injured it seemed.
They did their job, only allowing 14 points.

Offensively, Waddle died again, and the offense has no tight end worth anything in the passing game.
The run game died in the 2nd half too.
Guess it's easy to take out Hill when he's the only threat out there?

Feels like the offense was solely built around Hill. Once he's neutralized, which good teams can do, the offense just sputters.

What still sucks about this loss is that Bills team was not as good as their 2020-22 teams, and yet there’s a high likelihood they will end up in the AFC Championship Game. We almost beat them three times last season, but couldn’t win the Division when it was there for the taking. It’s one of the reason’s why I’m not convinced about this team getting better under McDaniel/Tua, we simply had an easier schedule.

The drop in class from Hill/Waddle to the rest of our receivers is too great, especially when we don't have much of a tight end passing threat. Wilson has not delivered for us.

Do yourself a favor after a few more post stay away from these forums, don't listen to the podcast, don't watch the sports shows etc.

Turn it all off and focus on the stuff that really matters in life.

Comeback for the first time at kickoff for the KC game..

Trust me!!
Easier said than done

Our best players on offense did not step up tonight. Mcdaniel abandoned the run game entirely in the 3rd quarter and we went 3 and out like 3 or 4 times.
