Billy Volek's Agent seeks trade...

I vote no... Yes, we need a playmaking quarterback and he is exactly that but I dont think he is right for the Dolphins. Personaly, I am hopping abord the Phillip Rivers bandwaggon

He must be an idiot. He had the opportunity to leave before last season. He chose to resign with the Titans.
that's because McNair's health was questionable and Volek probably thought he would eventually start. MCnair instead turned up for camp in the best shape he's even been, so they say.

They are going to have to cart McNair off the field to get him to stop.

Well, there were talks of him retiring since he's constantly injured and I'm sure Volek had that in mind.

I don't know what shape their o-line is in, but if the Titans have a revamped running game with Henry, it could rejuvenate McNair's career. They haven't had a dominating runner since (a young) Eddie George many years ago.

Like I said, Volek would be great. But I consider him in that Patrick Ramsey class: tantalizing potential, stuck in a roster situation from which he cannot be extricated.

That's what I thought this whole trade thing was about,as well. Volek was probably thinking this would be the year McNair would retire, in fact.

the guy is 29. like many of you mentioned, he was probably expecting mcnair to be winding down, when in fact he seems to be in decent shape this year.

volek had some huge games last year and is ready to cash in. can't blame him. i personally think he is way better than what we have right now...

to think he didn't have much to work with and yet throw for more yards than their starter.

i dont see many desperate teams in need of a average QB. and that will drop his trade value. sucks for the titans. but **** them. music city miracle my ***.

Was that not beeeeeeauuuuuuutifuuul.!!!!

I was screaming when they did not even look at him last year when he was a FA. He started games the prior year and looked better than Feeley did on a better team. And Feeley did not sniff the field that year. . We go after a 3rd stringer that has not played in over a year instead of a guy that comes in on a team that was not that good and lights it up. We give picks galore for the 3rd stringer and $$$$$$ when Volek was a FA and signed for league min. That is why Spielman is gone!!!!!!

the guy won my girlfriend the fantasy title in her first year!

talk about embarassing

Smart guy! If he is average then JP is way below average. Right? :shakeno: Just going on your way of thinking. :D

This is one of those threads where I like to dream that, if I keep posting to it, it will magically come true (Volek to Miami).
