You asked for a Pro Bowler in a similar situation, which I gave you. The money was not an issue as they did take a cap hit for doing what they did for nothing.

Plenty of players get cut/traded because they destroy the locker room.

T.O. was at the top of his game getting shopped around team to team because the guy destroyed locker rooms.

I fully believe the entire 'gang' relations crap was just fluff and quick out for Kelly and the Eagles to take in order to get him out.

Once I read the report I agree with the reports findings. You can make fun of a player and make verbal personal attacks to a degree. However repeatedly saying you're going to rape his sister and mother is going too far. Threatening a Japanese American trainer in retaliation for Pearl Harbor is not cool.

Yes, money and diva personality got Jackson cut. I have no doubt about that. It was going on with Andy Reid, but Reid was a softy. Chip Kelley wouldn't stand for it. I spent 8 years in Philly, and I know the rumblings of that town, and it wasnt about gangs. It was about the whining diva personality.

sorry, i'll listen to the sources in the locker room, before I listen to the media about gang affiliation being the reason Jackson was let go. the gang affiliation might be a scape goat, but Jackson was a cancer in the locker room.

If you want hypocrisy, put Pouncey on the jests these past couple of years and see what his ardent defenders say.

Im also a big fan of certain posters habit of insisting what the media reports is a complete fabrication when an article is written that casts the team in a slightly negative light but quickly support the validity of any report that vindicates their predetermined opinion about how "good" this franchise is.

Anyways, good for Mike Pouncey avoiding a penalty for his neck deep involvement in the Bullygate. Now lets kick him off this roster for lying to Ted Wells as he was trying to determine the truth behind Bullygate.
Thats the wonderful thing about Mike Pouncey, he just gives you so many reasons to show him the door. And if we run out of justifications, why, just give it a week and he'll give you a new one. Not that we need to have a justification for wanting to show him the door. All we need to ask ourselves is the same question we ponder anytime we begin any transaction: "does this improve the Miami Dolphins?" If the answer is "Yes"(which in this case it most definitely is), then you do it.

Regardless, the Dolphins have decided to keep an emotionally unstable interior lineman who lacks intelligence and self-awareness. It also looks like we will be making him a leader of the franchise. How could this possibly go wrong?
