Correct. We have no where to play hybrid players. Our 4-3 Over has specific personnel prototypes. To be clear, all defenses do, but most schemes have more flexibility for versatile players. Ours doesn't afford such luxuries.

It's why a player like Dion Jordan was sorely misused upon his arrival. We tried to fit him into a square peg and mold him into a different player than what he had to offer.
