People are trying to over interpret because they don't want to admit the truth: Aponte has a lot of power.

Of course she has a lot of power. I don't recall anyone here implying she does not. The issue to me appears to be, does she have any real influence on who the GM and HC want to sign to our roster? The answer appears to be a big FAT no.
