I really don't know why you continue with that stale and already refuted narrative. As pointed out previously, Moore, despite doubling a bad Carolina team's wins to 8-8, while going 4-1 in 2010, had his career back to the wall on the basis of going a post-concussive 1-5 for an even worse team in 2010, where in 35% of the games he still accounted for 50% of their wins that season. He was pressed into action with virtually no preseason or practice 1st team reps for a winless demoralized team as possibly his last chance to prove his worth - with fans chanting "suck for luck" and rooting for him to lose. And you're saying there's no pressure there with his career at stake??
Even before Jets players confirmed it, I pointed out that in fact, it's Sanchez who has had no pressure on him: no matter how badly he crapped the bed, he knew that a AARP carrying dusty backup would never come in for him no matter how much he sucked. And I made this point prior to Jet players coming out and saying the same thing that he was felt entitled, never having been challenged by a serious backup and even Damon Woody coming out to say that the team coddles and babies him. Moore faced a helluva lot more pressure than Sanchez and actually went 6-3 in his last 9 games vs Sanchez 5-4.
Interestingly in reading the 3 main jets forums, not only is the salsa off the taco as far as the realistic consensus of Sanchez's potential of being a franchise QB goes, but when the "sign Henne" threads pop up, more often than not, the wish is that they could sign Moore instead with the expectation that he'd beat out Sanchez for the starting job. One thing Moore has that Sanchez doesn't is a fire within and outward leadership qualities. Sanchez just lacks the 'it factor" Sorry.
