Daniel Thomas on the bubble?

no padding just the straight stats from espn player splits. Btw they don't differentiate runs from the 3 and in from 10 an in. So if that is what you need to feel good you can do the research. You'll need to look at the gamebooks for every back and determine if each is inside or outside. That will take you a long time.

If you look at my post it is actually lowering my opinion of dt. He was higher on my list last year but then fell quickly. While he has never been great he has scored critical td's for us. When he scores we are 8-3. And if you are going to ding him for not scoring longer td's then don't bitch about his ypc. When you are only 2 yards from the goal line on alot of your carries how are you supposed to average 5 yards a carry?

dude. Please accept it. Daniel "dana" thomas sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dana is not on the bubble because he is awesome. He is a 2nd round bust. He should be with ireland... Unemployed

If you think Daniel Thomas has any upside, you must enjoy not going to the playoffs and supporting underachieving 2nd round Busts. Honestly last year with Reggie Bush we win one of those last 2 games and get to the playoffs. Isn't that what it is all about? Winning the AFC East? Fact Jack. Dana Thomas will never take us where we need to go...

If you are a believer/homer about Daniel Thomas, you must not get it.

Dana Thomas + Pat White + John Beck + Samson Satele still does not equal one 2nd round player...

Landry will correct that this year...

I will never understand why we dumped Bush. He was a team leader, dynamic player with incredible work ethic. He wasn't the best RB in the league, but he was a great piece to have. And it's not like he signed a crazy contract...

Ireland didn't want to spend $5M. He thought he could cover the position with the guys he drafted every year and do it at minimal cost. One of the biggest weaknesses last year was the absence of an experienced veteran RB to grind out short distance yardage.

Yes well everyone knows Reggie Bush was a short yardage beast.

Bush was better than I expected, and I agree that letting him go was a huge mistake. I doubt there is anyone in Detroit complaining...

Never understood letting Bush go either. First running back we have had since Ricky Williams that could score from anywhere on the field. We are missing that right now, Thomas and Miller can get the big run but they always seem to get caught before they can get to the end zone. With Bush that was never an issue.
