Always been Super excited about dion Jordan's future but I'm more excited now that Jason Taylor's on board helping the d line
I would have to say St. Louis. Quinn is an animal and is still very young. Long is a force. I need to see Vernon duplicate last season and Jordan even have a season before I would pick Miami.OK which team will have the best set of des this year? We should increase our sack total f 42. how about 50 this year.

The NFL.com is writer is pissed that Dion Jordan bulked up. lol. Main reason seems to be because he wanted to see him as a linebacker in the Eagles' 3-4 system. The fact that he bulked up ruins the idea that he can still be traded to Philadelphia.![]()
Take this with a grain of salt. Remember at this time last year we got reports that Jordan was 260 pounds. Among other things there are physiological limits to how quickly you can build lean muscle. The upper limit is 20 pounds for an entire year. If you've "gained" more than that, it's water and fat.
Jason Taylor "bulked up" every offseason but he would always lose everything he had gained by the end of the year, when by his own admission he would be flirting with dipping into the 230s. Yet he was able to defend the run and terrorize quarterbacks. As I've said many times on this subject, the weight is only a means to Jordan becoming a better defender. But the main challenge isn't a few pounds. It's his technique. It's his effort. It's his dedication.
^^^ Like I said some members are of the opinion that the guy sat on the couch the entire offseason.
Yeah because I definitely said that.![]()
