Do the findings put Tannehill's leadership skills into question?

Hell no. This circus dosent go on in Atlanta bro.

Matthew Ryan is a great example of a gentleman, a professional, and a leader.

He professionally led them to 4 wins in a gentlemanly manner.

I have the feeling that you hold Tannehill responsible for keeping you from your sweetheart Matty. It's unhealthy.

yeah, man up. you go tell Richie to stop being a dumbass. could you do it when he's fueled up on X and alcohol? Thanks!

No worries next time he is acting like a boozed up gorilla at Blondies I will blast his throat with the pool cue!

Nothing wrong with this topic. But i would like to say lets just move on..

I a. Not going to read the 6+ pages I will be honest, but let me say this. Tannehill was a rookie when this started so outside of telling Richie I am not buying your fat ass a jet ski there wasn't much he could have done till he established himself as the starter.

I'm not sure what to think at this point! The reports is all over the place and yet it is nowhere. I heard an interview today with Brent Grimes. He said the Phins locker room was just like every other locker room he has been in and thought it was a great atmosphere. You read this report....and it makes it sound like it is toxic. I'm not sure it is reasonable to have expected RT to have diagnosed this and stepped in. Could some QB's at this stage of their career have done so.....probably.....but I would think most could not.

You idiots are putting way to much in to this thing. Jon Martin is a ***** who couldn't make it in the NFL and it's everyone else's fault, he is nothing more than a 300 pound marshmallow. Martin I hope you never play another down in any league you are a total piece of SH*T.

I can't imagine Andrew Luck or RGIII calling the shots in how their offensive line interacted in their second year. Sure, they may call their guys out for something on the field, but the couldn't dictate the way these guys interacted with each other.
