Dolphins not sure about Gillislee

We have a GM that doesn't know talent and a coaching staff that can't develop anyone. We're pretty much screwed the way things are.
 
How about the Miami Dolphins are not sure about ---- fill in blank with any 2013 draft pick yet.
 
He coulda have Andre Ellington from Clemson, better runner, faster, better blocker and a very good receiver. Meanwhile in other news, some moron wants Ireland retained.
 
This kid is taking pics with fast food and henn bottles in the back. He is happy where he is at
 
I'm sure the kid doesn't deserve a roster spot. Next.
 
Always nice to hear your draft picks are already not working out. Let's keep the GM, he's remarkable!

He didn't look good either. An UDFA would have performed as well. Another wasted high pick by Jeffy Boy.
 
Nobody is sure of anything on this team anymore. Ross certainly isn't sure of what he should do, or he wouldn't surround himself with a million "advisors". Make a decision that comes from you Mr. Ross and you might get some respect and credibility.

You seriously don't think the staff had every play in practice and preseason by Gillislee graded out? The fact is they did, and he didn't grade out good enough. So yeah, stick him into an NFL game that matters and suddenly his grading will improve when the competition heats up by 100 pct and the lights come on.

This is the NFL. Nothing is given. It's earned. Earn it in the hundreds of plays that the staff records and grades. Gillislee flat out didn't earn $hit. Maybe he just isn't good enough. Like a lot of our draft picks.

Since when is 5th round pick a high pick? I mean if you would've said any number of 2nd rounders, yeah for sure
