Dolphins re-sign Pro Bowl Cornerback Brent Grimes

Pretty happy about this. He was out best defensive player last year.
 
Good deal. Need to see the cap hit this year, and how the guaranteed money is structured and if it is paid in the first two years. I'd like to see something like a $4M signing bonus, $4M guaranteed salary this year, and an $8M guaranteed salary next year.
 
Good first step for Hickey. Ireland would have franchised him...
 
So far the new GM has started off well...happy to see Grimes back for a while
 
Hickey and Aponte deserve major kudos for re-signing Brent Grimes without using the franchise tag...excellent work. That's a new GM having a good feel for a players interest in staying with a team. Major win for Hickey.
 
Glad he's back. 16mill guarantee but he's very good. Hope he can stay healthy.

Good first signing by Hickey and good for the Phins and the Fans! This guy plays with a lot of heart and was a stud last year.

Now on to the next issue......
