Teams don't add UFA once camp opens unless he's a significant upgrade or they have concerns about player(s) at position. Hurns is solid but not a significant upgrade. Dolphins obviously have concerns about one of their WRs -- with Albert Wilson's injury recovery on the radar.
Hurns more than likely a downgrade from Wilson and Stills - I admit I haven't watched him play lately

Small WR with a recent hip injury, they should be.. or that he can make it all the way through the season.
Daytona brings up a fair point about not considering it sooner....unless they thought they had enough bodies they would be happy with. Obviously they aren’t at this point.
