Also it will be interesting to see if they bring Pouncey back with a new contract in the future with all is off the field issues.

I doubt that Mike makes it through his "time off" w/o at least 1 more "incident"

Hooray!! Is he a Pro-Bowl type? No. What he will bring is steady play at the Center position. He can also play Guard when Pouncey comes back. Solid pick up. He will prove all the doubters wrong. Garner has played well, but let us not have short memories. Garner is injury-prone.

As I said before, Garner has no place on this team. He is a back up that can never step up when needed. If this is the case, what good is he as a back up?

They are playing their hand at the Center position the best they can.

Sign Satele, allow Garner to compete…see where it stands in a few weeks. Maybe Satele is not needed…maybe he improves the line.

I love the thought process. Props.

it only took him until august to find a job, Not a good signing but considering the crap we have on oline it may seem that way

If nothing else, this signing says that the Dolphins are taking the front end of the schedule very seriously and not taking a "we will be ok when Mike gets back to center" approach.
Week One will set a Tone for the season.

I agree with the signing. Stop gap player who may do better on this team with the new line coach. I was happy when we drafted him but that turned to disappointment with his play while he was here. Give him a shot. He is hungry and has something to prove after not being signed until now.
