do I think Miami was much different than other places? no, just like I don't think NE was the only team filming other teams but they got caught and will likely be punished for it. the longer folks like Denney keep commenting the longer the "scandal" will last. the official report is out, we await word on any action by the league and move on rather than dwelling on what was said especially from a guy who says he didn't read it. You may think he's helping your case but in reality he's hurting it.

I wish everyone could stop commenting on this. We can forget about all of this if we stop mentioning it. Also the Wells report doesn't really make the organization look too bad so is Denney saying that is false? Philbin comes out looking like the moral compass for all coaches in professional sports. Is this wrong according to Denney? This is why we should just leave this alone.

Exactly. And there was a reason why Martin's camp didn't co-operate with the NFLPA's investigation.
 
We have become a P**** country, and this is just another example of it. You cant say or do anything for fear that it may offend someone, but they can say whatever they want to about Incog or the dolphins locker room, or the CULTURE of the dolphins and that’s ok? When did it become ok in this society to take up for one person, while demeaning another publically? How is that fair? Just like the kid form Missou, who goes out and publically states he is gay and gets a standing ovation? But yet Tim Tebow gets ridiculed for publically showing his love Jesus Christ, but say your gay, say you been harrassed and bullied, and the public loves you for it. Just another example of the BS that our society is turning into.
 
Honestly, Denney, at least read the thing before you comment on it! Instead, you come off like a typical union guy - "Management are such clowns - I don't care what they say - it's wrong!" :rolleyes2:

I get what your saying Junk, and probably was a bad choice to let that slip out. However; he really didnt have to read it, hell, none of us did really. The media reported it, and there was at least enough in it to look bad in our camp and favor Martins camp. NOBODY wants to listen to the PLAYERS!! The people who were ACTUALLY there!!! That to me is the bottom line. I have done investigations for over 14 yrs, and I can tell you for FACT, it does NOT take 3 months to do an investigation like that, especially with the amount of man hours put it. In any case that I have ever worked, you take a large amount of your facts in a he-said she-said case from witnesses statements. And when the overwhelmingly majority, if not all, say there was nothing, then guess what....

I think it was being delayed so they wouldn't have to deal with it at the SB.

IMO this could have been investigated with in a week , But since nothing Wells couldnt find anything he had to continue the investigation , he shouldnt have even talked or ask any players anything , because he didnt listen to what any had to say , he dug Deeeper and had to come up with something , and with all the players saying what they said and Martins side not cooperating by releasing anything to wells , that right there got a couple coaches on the team fired , and that should also put guilt on the Martins side of all this bull.....
 
More of a Denney fan now. Going to buy a long snapper's jersey.

Wells was hired as the cop who had to write a speeding ticket to justify his job. Prob got a call from Martina's Harvard alum dad too.
 
How can you rip the investigation without reading the report?
