Draft Wishlist/ Do Not Draft List

Removing Murray and other options that don't appear realistic, this is how I'd approach it/who I want.

OT - Andre Dillard R1
OG - Chris Lindstrom R1
C - Erik McCoy R2
WR - N'Keal Harry R2
WR - AJ Brown R2
WR - Andy Isabella R3
TE - TJ Hockenson R2
TE - Noah Fant R2
TE - Foster Moreau R3
RB - Darrell Henderson R4
RB - Alex Barnes R4

DE Charles Omenihu R3
DE Anthony Nelson R3
DT Ed Oliver R1
DT Jerry Tillery R2
DT Armon Watts R4
DT Cortez Broughton R4
OLB Ben Banogu R3
OLB Maxx Crosby R3
OLB Justin Hollins R3
CB Julian Love R2
CB Kris Boyd R4
CB/S Darnell Savage R2
CB/S Juan Thornhill R2
CB/S Chauncey Gardner-Johnson R2
CB/S Mike Edwards R3

Obviously guys like Oliver and the Iowa TE's are longshots relative to where I'd want to draft them, but I think they're worth noting as longshots.

I don't want Lock or Jones and don't really want any QB outside of Murray. If Grier were to fall to Day 3, he'd be my favorite non-Murray option in 2019.

Love Dillard. Started every game for three years on an offense that threw the ball over 2,000 times. Elite speed and agility, rated PFF's top OT in pass pro, good weight. It'd sting a little to go RT, and I would not worry about him switching sides given his athleticism, but Dillard's an upgrade over James. I like Lindstrom for very similar reasons. Pass protection is the most important area for any OL, and that's where both are a step ahead of the rest of the class - that and athleticism.

I like the length you get from Omenihu and Nelson. Omenihu is more explosion and force. Nelson will turn the corner like a smaller player. Sweat, Gary, and Ferrell are the other fits, but I don't know that the position warrants a Top 15 pick for the system or where Miami is as a team.

Very high on Harry and Brown as fits for what Miami needs at WR.

Banogu in the Jamie Collins/Kyle Van Noy role is one of my favorite fits in the class. Crosby is more of a projection, but he has the physical tools and instincts to make it work. Hollins is really good and has the most tape that directly corresponds to that role, and he's very fast, but I think he has less upside than the other two.

Huge fan of Julian Love's overall game and especially his playmaking ability. Kris Boyd needs some work, but he's physical, competitive, and he makes plays similar build and speed to JC Jackson.

Been high on that group of Cover Safeties/Slot CB's all year - with Gardner-Johnson joining the other three late. Playmaking ability and versatility should make them attractive for all 32 teams. Thornhill and Savage are great athletes, too.

I'm not sure how I feel about WR in the second round but I love AJ Brown. If we took him I wouldn't be upset. Oliver or the top rated Olinemen in the first would be what I'm looking for as well.

Brown and Harry (who has met with NE fwiw) just make a lot of sense for what Miami needs at WR. They lost their go-to option when Landry walked, and both can be that, but they profile as more efficient and much more capable of making big plays.

I guess you don't like Jaylon Ferguson?

Prefer: Trade down and acquire another 2020 first round pick.

Want: Player needs to be a 3-4 down player.

Do NOT Want: Pass rush "specialists", Dline needs to be able to stop the run as well as they can get to the QB. No nicklebacks, if we go secondary it needs to be a boundary corner to pair up with X. Prefer no Oline at 13, but ok with it if we trade down. Do NOT trade UP, period.

Personal player I'd LOVE to see on the Fins: Devin Singletary. (Late day 2 or day 3 though, I love the kid, but we have other needs to address first.)

1.. edge
2.. 1st rnd quality dl or swap for 2020 1st
3.. 2nd rnd quality g or swap for 2020 2nd
4.. whatever we didnt accomplish rnd 2-3

happy me

I would want something this draft as well in a trade down...

On another note... Would you explain your signature pic to me?...I struggle to get it and it bugs me lol

I think Dillard’s a left tackle only therefore I do not want.

I think rashan Gary’s college production for the athlete level is scary plus I’m not sure I see outside shoulder win therefore I hope he’s gone in front of us and not an option.

I don’t want drew lock Id like something I consider a more sure thing. And I don’t like tbe conference tape.

Clelin Ferrell is another guy that I don’t think gives you enough outside shoulder win on the edge to validate a top 15 pick. His overall game is very solid but pure edge pass rush win I think it’s a sketchy thing. Uses his length well but I’ve seen where if length is the best thing you have going for you in terms of outside shoulder win it doesn’t translate very well vs nfl athlete tackles in terms of pure finish production. They will run you right by the qb.

Eric metcalfs 3 cone I think I’d avoid. Speed cuts and vertical concepts in his future.

I will pass on jaylon Ferguson also. Early.

Brian burns I think is an ideal 34 olb. So that depends on can I find snaps in my scheme. And by snaps to validate that high a pick it means every down. The height helps the poa play does not

I’m in the boat that thinks I can get similar edge production schematically not having to invest top draft pick capitol in it. With some exceptions

Its a play on an old internet gaming meme.

Search google for "All your base" and it should clear things up a bit:)

Haskins is another Urban Meyer product that functions well when he has overwhelming talent, but can't read a defense. Hard pass, no way I give up draft choices for him.
