Here is a thought. no body on this website was in the meetings, no one here "knows" was Ross is looking for, no one here "knows" any of the candidates, and no one here obviously is football saavy enough to be emplyed by an NFL team, or an owner as their advisor in who to hire for a HC slot, or who to hire to clean the office for that matter, so how about we all just see who they pick, see what changes he implements, see his suceesses or failures and give whomever it is a freaking chance before we hang them.

and for the record, we have all seen that NONE of the media talking heads or beat writers have been spot on about anything during this search and their "sources" tell them something different every two hours so hows about we all wait until the announcement is made......

Was thinking the same thing. Drew jumped the gun last week so who knows this time? Maybe he has heard McCoy is the favorite right now but that doesn't mean McCoy will end up with the gig.
 
title is out of contest....he said he "thinks" MM will be the one......which btw I'm fine with it....I know others hate this guy already but I have a feeling that we're at last getting it right.....I'd be ok with Philbin too.

McCoy for those that asked has done the same thing Philbin has done. Except he actually called the plays, he's 39 and many think he's ready to be a HC.

Just curious as to why you feel this way. I have some slim hopes as well but I have no concrete reasons other a gut feeling and he's young. I need more reasons to feel better about this hire.

I guess the more the guy's source is being proven right the more delusional you've had to become to ignore the accuracy of his reports.
 
Let's face it. McCoy will be the coach. Only this franchise is capable of settling for the worst candidate. Suck for Barkley in full effect.
