When you actually take the time to list out our players it isn't that bad:

Must keep players/ascending youngsters -

Rank 1:
Tunsil
Fitzpatrick
Drake
Wilson
Howard
Baker

Rank 2:
Grant
Jones
Kiko
McCain
James
Godchaux/Taylor
Jason Sanders

Key vets- Gore, Tanne, Wake, Stills....Quinn has been coming on.... Josh Sitton could be an absolute HUGE upgrade if he's able to stay healthy next year. Tunsil and a healthy Sitton is probably the best left side of the O-Line in the NFL. Very understated imo how much his specific injury hurt us this year.

Undecided/need to improve:
Gesiciki
Branch
McMillan
Ballage
Bolden
Butler

This was just a quick off the top or my head list feel free to add on. Not looking good for guys like Harris, Tank, Asiata and others but really this team is not in that bad of shape. We have talent on both sides of the ball and a good amount of it is young and improving.

Outside of 600 year old Tom Brady, who are the Patriots elite players?

(Not Gronk anymore)
Not sure how/Why New England is brought up?

How many elite players do you think a good team has?
2-3. Btw any team can have elite players. Doesn’t mean they’re a good team

Who was Philadelphia's elite players????
Guess no one wants to say which Miami players they think are elite if any at all. Was just a simple question to see what everyone thinks. Is Tunsil elite?

Xavier Howard, tunsil, and before he refused to go back in the game a few weeks ago I would have said Rashad Jones

Howard is good and trending toward elite, though some outside Miami might need the consistency to officially see him as elite. So I mostly agree with Tunsil and Howard but not on Jones.

I gave my opinion above.

Probably none at the moment, but Howard and Tunsil are on their way. I'd like to be mentioning Minkah next year.

Which I think goes back to the OP, I think when most people are saying Miami lack talent, they’re mostly referring to elite players and not solid players but not necessarily game changers.

Wake used to be an elite pass rusher.

Don't know if he was ever an elite all around DE.

Healthy Sitton might be elite guard.

Above average performance from a lot on your list but the problem w this roster is the gaping porn star holes at certain positions, both guard positions, center etc all don’t even deserve a roster spot on an NFL team.

Kiko is trash and gets exposed weekly. I like what I see from baker but McMillan..,hot garbage dude.

Good thing we drafted Harris instead of tj watt or Forrest lamp right?

Ok I guess we’d need to define elite. In 2018 Howard and Tunsil have been elite. Leading the league in picks and giving up 0 sacks for an LT is enough in my eyes. Will the stand the test on time though? Who knows. Wake has been elite for a while and is still generating high pressure even if he isn’t getting the sacks. Obviously he’s not a long term guy though.
