FORMER DOLPHINS COACH NOT IMPRESSED WITH FINS OFFENSE FROM OTA VISIT

Are you kidding me?

I’m supposed to believe the d-bags opinion who was the special teams coach for the Jets during the sideline tripling incident from back in 2010. Could have ended Carrolll’s career on the spot.

Say what you want but there is no way Sal Alosi came up with players forming a “wall” on the sidelines during punt returns. He was the fall guy for Westhoff.

Posters believing anything that POS says about the Fins after the way he left are clueless.
Welcome to Finheaven.

Posters grab anything negative and run with it.

The rest of us are called homers. As if that's an insult.

Wow. Still to early but this isnt good. Not getting out of the huddle is basic stuff
You are being sarcastic, right? Because I know you can’t seriously be concerned with what happened on the first day of OTA’s.

If they are still having trouble on offense when the season starts, then I will be concerned. Right now I don’t care if they crawl out of the huddle.

This is my main concern with McD. Being chill, cool, and laid back is great...until it isn't. I hope he's up to the task, I personally support the hire and wish him the best.
That works both ways. Being a hard ass as a coach is great until it isn't. Players actually tend to tune out those type of coaches even faster when things start going bad.

What's scary is he was being serious.

I realize that. My response to him was me trying in a nice way to try to tell him to calm down. It’s far too early in the process to be worried if everything isn’t perfect.

Urban Meyer tried to be the old fashioned disciplinarian and he didn’t make it through an entire system. That type HC has worked in college because coaches are working with young teenage kids who are still too scared to speak up most of the time.
I just don’t see NFL players wanting to play for the old fashioned coaches anymore.

Even Tom Brady and Gronk wanted out of NE because they were tired of playing under Belichick.

Special teams coach? Not enough punts and field goals? Ha

Special Teams?
What's your point? our new head coach was a running game coordinator last year but some on here talk about him like he's Don Shula. I'd bet that Westoff has forgotten more about coaching than our new coach knows
