Gay, Boone, and Williams all leaving?

Depending on who gets the pick, Gay could go #1. The raw talent alone is that good.
 
It hurts if you are a UConn fan, at least when they lost the 2 guys 2 years ago they won the title but losing 3 guys off a team that didn't make the FF must be frustrating for a UConn fan.

As a UConn fan losing Gay and Williams will definitely hurt however I'm glad Josh Boone is gone. I just never liked him and he played like crap in March. I think Gay and Williams will be good respectable NBA players.

Losing the 3 pretty much assures no FF run next year and that sucks for a fan to know your team is essentially don before it starts to play.

I agree with you it does hurt. Maybe some of the incoming freshmen will step it up.

did you expect NC to get a #3 seed though? anythign can happen just gotta have good freshman
 
Do you think Hitlon Armstrong, Dehman Brown, or Rashad Anderson will get drafted? I think Hilton might in the 2nd just for his shot blocking ability

No but we still lost in rd 2 which is where I expected going into the season and next CBB will be MUCH better. You will not see a GM make the FF- heck even UF may not be good enough to make it next year. CBB was very down this year but there are a bucnh of big time teams next year and it will be alot harder to make a FF.
 
Can you blame Boone or Williams for leaving though? If Armstrong, Brown, Anderson, and Gay were leaving the team proably won't go far anywayz

I never blame guys for leaving early, I get disappointed whne the heels lsoe players early but I understand where they are coming from.
 
Ohio State could make some noise, they got 2 really good freshman comin in Oden and i forgot the other guys name. NC will proably be the favorite unless Florida returns all of their players. i think duke will suck this year

OSU has a great class coming in but they lsoe alot of upperclassmen so they'll be young and talented. UNC has the #1 class(or #2 as some like OSU buit both are tremendous classes) to add to a team that loses 1 importat player and I admit I am biased but I think we'll have the best team in the Nation next year even if UF returns all their players. My top 5 as of now would be UNC, KU, UF, UCLA and OSU.

most kids would be idiots for staying. They have to go pro!

Remember, anytime someone in the media rips on kids for leaving. Just bring up that BOB COSTAS left Syracuse early to take a job at NBC! What's the difference?

Yeah hopefully....they have a really good recruiting class coming out so they should be ok. But myself personally i don't think Gay will be that good until he chooses to use the abilities that he has. He should of been absolutly domintating games this year but he never really took a game over. Williams is the best of the three. Boone is stupid for leaving because he's not a complete player yet.
