Gus already knows most of this O, he will be a lot more comfortable early on than Feeley, does that means he's better than Feeley, No. just that he's ahead in knowledge, thus more at home in terms of what he expects to happen play by play..whereas AJ is stilling feeling his way around..does he know where every receiver will be on every pass play initially, no. Does he know exactly what the OC is trying to get across on each play initially, no. But by the end of TC, I'm sure, if he doesn't already have a lot of it down, he will. Bottomline, you give yourself a chance to develope a player before you quit on him..Boler in Balt. is a great example, so is the saint's QB. Drews had 4 years and finally it sank in. The Jags QB is getting better, he's not there yet, but he's showing improvement..with their D, if he was more effective last year, the Jags could have gone farther.
