Ignorant but true! You're ignorant if you want Gerrard as the QB for the Phins Future! good Grief!
Giving up a third string RB, which is what Gordon will be when Ricky and Ronnie are both playing, for a QB that may be better than any one we have, is not equal to wanting David Gerrard as the Phins QB of the future. It's more like upgrading the position of QB by using a surplus of RBs to our advantage.

I doubt Jax would make this trade unless they have another backup QB or Quinn Gray is doing well (is he even still there?). But Garrard is a very talented QB, much more talented than guys like Mike Mcmahon who get overrated, although he has yet to actually prove anything.

anyone questioning gerrards stats should have a look at them! then we'll see who's ignorant!!! this guy helped virginia tech land vick, because the coach told mike that he would be ridin' the pine behind gerrard:horsey: ..... not that vick would've signed at ECU, but it sure eliminated the option!!! and last time i checked vick was on heck of a quarterback!.... as to the origin, my uncle said he read on miami herald website message ctr.

still hatin' wanny:p4e:

Dang, i fell for it.....This is the same guy that started the thread about Lamar Gordon that I see was moved to the smack forum.....I think I see a pattern here....

jax were turning down a 2nd round pick to trade garrard in the offseason, doubt they dump him for gordon straight up

Might want to check again. Last time I checked he was a heck of a RB and barely a mediocre QB.

That was an ignorant comment. He has Crohn's disease, it is not something that will be a career ender at this point! It is an intestinal disease where the small intestine and colon lining can become infected and destroy itself. It's severity varies in people.

The intestine can end up being as brittle as wet tissue paper.

But they have a new medicine being used for crohns, that can almost keep the disease in check. The individuals body has to accept the medicine though.

My sister has had over a foot of he intestines taken out because of crohns and it almost killed her twice.

At this point can we have enough young talent at QB? It is a more important position than RB (as a good o-line/system can make a good RB) and we have RB talent to spare. I would be happy to bring in another guy who could challenge Feeley.

I think you don't trade Gordon until later in the season with Ricky serving his 4 game suspension, and Brown still out with his contract. Unless Nick feels that Morris, and Kay-Jay, and Evans can carry the load until Brown gets up to speed.

So we may tade an inconsequential third stringer for another inconsequential third stringer?

Uhmm...does anyone really care? Sounds like shifting depth from RB to QB to me.
It's news if it's true, but hardly anything to get excited about.

Yeah, and after last year I'd rather have the depth a RB right now.
