Wallace said something like Tannehill is getting more accurate this offseason
which is good because THE COACHES told tanny [not wallace] he needed to improve on the down field big play in the off season.
if that big throw last night where wallace was held all the way down the field is any indication, tanny may have done what the coaches asked him to do.
that was good play on that long ball for both tanny and wallace. to bad it wasnt a td or the refs didnt call the PI.
FOR EVERYONE: wallace just plain forgot about how to produce and make big plays once he came here huh? we all had these VERY SAME conversations and comments when BRANDON MARSHALL was here. he was over paid. a diva head case, no effort, he sucks, etc... . probably from the same posters. but, he left and became the all world wr again like he was when in denver. in denver, all world pro bowl big time wr. in miiai? not much. in chicago? once again, all world wr. probably the 1st or second best [calvin] in the nfl right now. so, whats the stand out in all that? miami.
and the best of that? marshall had 3 whole td's that last year in miami. but, he was voted to the pro bowl whre he had 4 td's in that one game and was named pro bowl MVP!! difference? better qb's at the pro bowl.
if wallace leaves, you will see the same thing. he will be all world with the patriots.
miami has suffered through poor qb play over the last decade and that is why all these guys go to other teams and become stars or show they are still stars [throw wes welker into this mix].
tanny has SUCKED down field. period. has he put it together finally? lets hope. then all the mike wallace sucks garbage will cease.
and as far as the perceived "back and forth shots", i dont remember seeing the one from tanny but if he did say that, i side with wallace as once again, the coaches told TANNY to improve the down field play, NOT wallace.
