I disagree. You can see Hartline, despite his deficiencies, is actually giving great effort out there almost all of the time.
I disagree I see him pulling up a lot, alligator arms like Tavens game final drive.

The big thing with Hartline is, why is it so hard for him to keep his feet? Dude just can not stay upright. I don't understand it.
He could be such a better player if he wasn't out there like he was on a slip and slide.
Agreed on play design, a lot of it is obvious and Opposing Ds must find it an easy read and react. Very little creativity but aside from that the D bends like crazy and usually let's opposing O walk right down the field after a score. This is why all our wins seem to come down to the last drive.
Moving Pouncey to guard is a great idea. Garner was just fine as the center and like Ryan said Miami actually changed up snap count.
He does run good routes but the cushions he gets are assanine
Hartline doesn't suck, but he's not a number 2 and not worth the contract he got...I would much rather be running with Wallace, Matthews and Gibson...damn it sucks that Gibson is hurt...
You and me both but Mathews in the slot does give us more threat down the seam...just not as consistent a one...hartline if he plays needs to be outside the numbers...running him into contact is a death sentence...
It has always looked to me like he gets those cushions because
Of the way he runs his routes and his deceptive speed.
I liked that they ran him on slants a lot today.
On another note, why does every receiver motion except for Wallace?
Matthews is impressing me....good size, plays big and tough...I think more game experience is going to do wonders for his consistency...it is a shame Hartline got the contract he did....I almost feel like it was because he was the WR that Tannehill had the best rapport with.
