I think they got the extended look at first-team offense last night. No need to do it again. So long as Jerry gets a few reps vs Tampa and focus on the run game we'll be fine. Tannehill-Wallace questions are answered. Save the goods for Cleveland, IMO.

i hope they go cookie cutter playbook with the Bucs. Lets not show them too much, let them find out on Monday Night Football.

Yesterday, I was roundly criticized for saying we shouldn't play our starters for more than 1 quarter in meaningless preseason games, because of injury risk. Double the time, double the injury risk.

Now that Dustin Keller has likely been lost for the year due to a 2nd quarter preseason hit to his knee, some Finheaven posters are doubling down, and saying we should still play our starters for 2-3 quarters in preseason games, even if it means losing starters like Wallace, Miller, Wake, Grimes, etc.

So here's the poll: How long should we play our starters in our next preseason game (Tampa Bay)?

At least a half per the norm regarding preseason at this point.

Would be nice to come out and having a scoring drive on the opening drive...

Past 3 games:
Vs Dallas: 5th drive we scored a FG
Vs Jags: 4th/5th drive we scored TD's
Vs Texans: 3rd/5th drive we scored TD's...
