It is too late for any of this, nothing they do at this point can save next year, too many high priced free agents and not enough good drafting of 5 years. This team is like the proverbial beached whale, bloated and rotting.

Right. The only way this team will improve is if Ross replaces Grier and McDaniel, but he refuses to do so. Not only will 2025 be a wasted year, but by not firing Grier, Ross is allowing him to ruin the team's financial future even more than it already is, making the job even harder for a new GM.
