I like Washington's Sam Howell. Although he's the same height as Tua, he looks stronger and is definitely more mobile. If Washington drafts a new QB, Howell might be available. Fix the o-line and get better playcalling, and I think Howell would have success with Miami's offensive weapons.
IMO, Tua is not worth a big contract, so trading him would allow the team to use the money that Tua would have received for improving the roster. With a strong o-line, running game, and defense, a team could win games with a QB like Howell, as he looks to be able to handle pressure better than Tua. Sure, he's no Allen or Mahomes, but he looks decent in this highlight video in an article on the NFL website.
