Bartman would make me believe that is a false statement, along with the kid that interferred when the Yankees played Baltimore in the playoffs a few years ago. I get your point, but I don't believe people should be standing all game, if it's 3rd down sure standup, but not every defensive play.

Wow, now I seriously feel like a big loser. I personally think they should have a section for people that have trouble standing, because it's going to happen...It's a football game. I for one FFF wouldn't have said **** off, maybe would you like to trade seats, or I would have moved.....plenty off seats open

Bartman's an overrated example IMO- the Gonzalez error is what really lost that game for the Cubs. But yeah, you know what I'm getting at.

You accused me personally of lying, that's an attack in my book. Unless you for some reason were referring to my post as a human being. I've done my share of it as well. No worries.
 
It depends on what time of the game it is. If it's just a middle of the first quarter 2nd & long at your own 34, keep your butt in the seat. People pay to sit in the seat.

As a true blue Cubs fan, yeah, Alex Gonzalez blew the game with his error on the next batter. We just collapsed. Up 3 games to 1 you should be able to close it out. Hopefully we can get our 3 aces healthy for another run at that next year.

yea boy was that place rocking with the white towels and all well i sit in the club level seats so i cant really relate 2 the standing problem but there are some ignorant rich people in there booths that can get pretty annoying

honestly, if it is a good play and you stand that it one thing, if you are standing the whole time, then you are the one who made an *** of himself. Do you think they put seats in the stadiums to gather bird ****?

Just curious. Why do you need to stand up? What can you do standing that you cannot do sitting? I've done both, usually because the person in front of me believes that standing does something other than block the views of those behind you.

Personally I've never understood the need to stand to watch something. I bet you would be ticked if you showed up at a stadium and there were no seats or better yet go to a movie and have someone stand up in front of you the whole time because they think it improves the movie.

Would you be singing the same tune then? Doubtful.

No, but read the rest of the thread before saying something like that. Like I said, on several times I would be standing on 3rd down and he would ***** at me to "sit down".
