Is Miami ready for a Minority Coach to lead this franchise?

the biggest problem for minority or any other qualified coaches is nfl cronyism which is very commonplace in the nfl and one of the main reasons we have Sparano as head coach

the nfl rule to a great degree is a sham, we have never seriously considered a minority coach and in fact brought in warfield for a sham interview for another position. I will say the rule is slightly effective because before the rule it was almost impossible to be a minority coach

This is unfortunate and a undeniable fact of Miami's history. As a fan, it makes one wonder if they will ever get past this and adopt a "moving forward" thinking. We have a right to examine, compare, and create stronger accountability in the face of this franchise when making decisions regarding coaching leadership.

Is Latin a race or culture? I think it is better defined as a culture. The are people of every skin color that speak Spanish.

I have been job hunting for 2 months now and every application asks "race" and lists "latino" as a race.
You could say country or redneck is a culture.
