well, I look at it in a different way, I guess: he is JUST 50, I mean, he is still young for a head coach, right? He is not some kind of dino-coach, stuck in the 80's... he is an offensive mind, coming from a successful offense&organization in TODAY NFL
but with a long career and big experience....it seems to me like a good compromise...
