Josh Sitton Banged Up?

Why can't we have a good guard? I just can't believe how tough it's been to fill these spots.

Sorry, is this inside info or a gut feeling? Been reading a few different thoughts that are all over the place....Thanks

I mean it has to be a gut feeling but not practicing Wednesday or Thursday's is a big deal. Unfortunately it's a good assumption BUT Mike Pouncey never practiced so I guess it's not impossible.

Our Biggest offseason move, most guaranteed money, plays one game, already hurt, smdh this is so Dolphins like.

Sitton has been our most dominant player on offense, and possibly on the entire team through the first game. Drake and Gore had consistent run lanes except when trying to bleed the clock at the end with the defense selling out for run defense. Sitton led a very good OL that allowed one sack and very few pressures.

Tannehill only had 3 bad throws all day, and 2 of them were INT"s, which is terrible luck. But the moral of the story was he enjoyed one of the best days of protection in his career, had a reliable run game, was able to utilize his excellent play action ability, had time to throw deep ... everything Tannehill has dreamed about since he entered the NFL, and he flourished. Sure, several dropped balls by Amendola (2), Stills, Grant, and a few more. One correct throw away when coverage was great. And only 3 bad throws. Gase can win with that.

This drink was stirred with an excellent performance from our OL, led by Sitton. The guy is dominant, and vital to our success.

Sitton was a great pick up this off-season and if he misses a few weeks that will suck. But as long as it isn't long term we should be able to weather the storm, if we can't we have bigger problems than an injury to a guard, you have to deal with injuries especially to lets be honest less critical positions if your team is going to have success. Tannehill's injury and even McMillian's last year were 100X more devastating because of the positions and lack of development for McMillian, but that's assuming this isn't too serious for Sitton because we do need him back ASAP. If big V who isn't very good can step in at LT for HOFer Jason Peters and win a SB, Larsen should be able to play competently at guard against the freaking Jests and Faiders or we have no OL depth at all and deserve to lose.

Until he is on an official "doubtful" or "out" status, who cares?

You people troll Armando and other Dolphin beat writers when they speculate or give player opines. But you run for the hills and clamor the sky is falling when they hint a player MIGHT be injured? Please.

Is this everyone's first NFL season as fans?

How many coaches rest veterans and even feed the media horse crap to toy with them or other teams?

You think Gase doesn't realize how valuable Sitton is? That he wouldn't rest him extra days in preparation for a big test? Pouncey hardly practiced, but played. And now the sky is falling?

BB has played this game for years with Gronk. Playing the media and other teams in preparation tactics.

Come on guys. Stop overreacting.
