i dont do links:cool:

If you're not going to link (which is almost a requirement here), you should at least reference where you got the information.

More than anything, it's just common courtesy......and sense.

which i did...in the next post i made

Not Surprised. this is one of the guys on the dolphins I knew played just because of money, and had no love of the game what so ever. I wish him luck in his new business though.

I dont think thats true at all...the guy never held out (at least not that I could recall)...and in a system where wasnt able to do jack squat (cause he was never actively involved in the playbook), the amount of complaining he may have done was insignificant. No doubt in my mind that Jimmy/Wanny ruined Konrad's career.

I disagree, my money is that he is "Headed" to india to share the backfield (pot field that is) with Wicky Rilliams.

Nothing is solid yet(I didn't post this front page story), but I am looking high and low for a solid source.

Dude, his Agent came out and made the announcement. It's not like he would say that to hold out for more money. And who wouldn't want to play for the Raiders? Moss/Porter/Curry/Teyo Johnson/Lamont Jordan, are you kidding me, that is a scary Offense. He would have had a solid season.

Yeah. he never held out, or did any of that. He did his job well for awhile, but he did it for the money and thats it i believe. He only went to the mandatory meetings. He never was in the media really. Didnt comment on ricky williams situation that i know of. And he sat in a suite drinking a beer when he was injuried i read somewhere. Just didnt seem like he cared that much. Also this isnt the first time i read about him thinking about retirement. He did his job though. Until injuries hit him.

I was joking about the "not wanting to play for the Raiders" part. Also, non of the "News Posters" actually saw Drew's Views. While we do believe you guys, it will remain a rumor on the front page until we can get a solid credible link. We are not PFT.

I agree with everything you said. He had no love for the game.

Yeah, that sucks... so many people would kill to have what he had... Though I guess I would hate the game too if I were a FB playing under Wanny's system... I mean he wasn't really a blocker in college and then was asked to be a full time blocker in the NFL. I would be disillusioned too if I didn't get to really use my skills....

Unlike PFT, if we get a rumor that we wish to use, we indicate that it's a rumor. I posted the news link. I felt it was important because he spent his whole career with Miami.

Would you still have provided the source if two posters hadn't called you on it first?? I have my doubts.

We are still working to confirm this story...if anyone finds a link that confirms this, please post it in this thread, will be much appreciated.
