It seems like Fangio has other ideas and doesn't seem interested in Miami's DC job. It appears, at least on the surface, he's waiting out the potential openings at DC in Philly and San Francisco, before committing to Miami?

Looks like both of you are dressed for our frigid 70 degree winter.
Yea, both of them wearing jackets give it away that the picture likely wasn’t in South Florida. Perhaps if he has a picture of the two of them at the beach, I might believe it.
