Last Place For Chase

I can see this if we don’t get the first pick. I actually doubt that we get the first pick.

We've been on the same side of several ongoing discussions, but how on earth do you believe this to be a fair comparison?

I get that nothing is ever scientific. But Chase Young is widely considered one of the best players in all of college football. He's actually gaining traction for consideration of the Heisman trophy.

When was Dion Jordan ever either??
 
Idk, I just don't think we have to draft a QB in the first. Normally, I would agree have to get the QB first but we have 3 first round picks, which is not normal. The smarter plan could be taking the best players at top of first then get the QB either with our 2nd or 3rd, 1st round pick

I got a little carried away. lol

Nothing against Young, he is a damn good player.

Id just like to see us finally get a damn QB lol.
 
I could be very wrong about this kid. But i don't see him being dominate at the next level.

I would too. Absolutely.

But if a franchise QB isn't available, building a good-to-great d-line is another great way to go. Teams with mediocre-to-good QB's have won SB's with dominant d-lines. The all-world 2007/08 Patriots lost to one of those teams in the NY Giants. The 2015/16 Broncos also did it, as Manning was a shell of himself. Von Miller was the star of that game and season.
 
id like the phins to build an Oline and Dline/Pass rush before and build a foundation that way a QB we take actually has a chance of succeeding
