Whew, that was a close one. I had just started planning for the impending apocalypse and fall of society caused by such a lawsuit.

Dont let that planning go to waste, the next fall is imminent. I have it on good authority that we have already begun legitimizing the group that caused the fall of every other successful society in recorded history...

Wow..your really going to go there?...I just get sick of a sue happy society looking for every chance to grab something they didn't earn. I have no problem with legitimate cases where people are truly wronged....but sueing over hot coffee at mcdonalds....over not realizing breathing smoke into your lungs was bad...and yes, over not realizing playing a contact sport could be dangerous to your long term health is just plain stupidity and a money grab.

I'm quite sure Marino felt the injuries he endured getting paid millions to play a kids game....then proceeded to make millions for over another decade as a talking head taking advantage of the sport.....now he wants to make more because he finally realizes the dangers involved...give me a break.

We'll be watching flag football in the near future.
