I think you're having trouble teasing apart the media's motive, which is to present every sensational scenario possible to attract interest, from Jonathan Martin's motive, which is unknown and unable to be determined with any certainty. You and others are allowing the media's ideas to determine what you believe to be going on in another human being's mind, when in reality none of us nor the media knows what's happening in his mind.

Jilted girl friends hold onto crap to throw at ex boyfriends in the future. Its a bitch play, and its why I stand by my original comment of Martin being a ***** ass bitch.
Like I said, he played the card when he needed to play it. I'm not saying he has no ulterior motive here.
I don't thing this a money grab even though he will get some money....I see it as a guy who has emotional issues and after breaking down, searched for reasons for his break down instead of coming to the conclusion that its him with the problem.....Cog's was an easy target....good to see Cog's fighting back (by saying the coaches told him to toughen him up) and not letting the fins throw him under the bus.... I just hope Cog's doesn't go to crazy and end up burning every bridge there is and never playing football again, if that happens I feel for every bouncer that crosses his path.......

Martin JUST ruined the NFL as we know it!!!!!!!! Really know one will accept the fact that Martin was just not cut out for the NFL. There is nothing wrong with that. I got hurt in pre season and was released and NEVER REALLY thougt about makin another attempt to try again. Yeah in my mind I wanted to be on a NFL team but in my heart..... I didn't. To violent, to hard, to much work, to much time, to emotional. IT'S NOT FOR ME. I'm better sitting behind this desk living a normal life. 3 weeks with Rodney Harrison and you realize that this is a Grown Man game. Comming from a 1AA school to the NFL was eye opening.
My last time saying this because I really can't believe that this kid is doing this........ Martin just got pushed by his team to be better and when he couldnt step to the plate the pressure kept mounting. He couldnt take the heat so he ran out of the kitchen. Now he is looking for sympathy and wants to show the world that it's not him that the NFL has flaws and is cruiel and thats why HE couldnt perform.

So strange. When i was a kid, it wasn't popular to be a bitch made little sissy ass ***** ass mamas boy. Nowadays if a boy sucks a foot long dick in public, everybody better clap and tell hi how brave he is or they may get sued. Weird how things change.
my brother greatly disagrees with me but I'm of the thinking like most of you are. that Martin is basically a snake and should have went to philbin but is after money at this point. Incognito is an idiot but had no malicious intent. hard to understand the voicemail who talks to a friend like that? but I guess thats the culture. maybe we need to ban hazing and straighten up locker room talk. what other work environment would that kind of language be tolerated? these are not good role models for sure

The fact Martin team leaked information damning to Incognito and the franchise, set out a campaign. The media, with the its buzz words, that the Martin encouraged in their complaint, became the face of a 'cause'. One poster yesterday admitted as much.
When its all said and done. The leaking of that information had to come at the approval of one adult. And I ask you...who is that adult?
