Martin doesn't want to return to Dolphins

Jason La Canfora ‏@JasonLaCanfora 2m

Jonathan Martin's agents issued a statement in response to my story on their meeting with the Dolphins, saying what I wrote was not true...

The statement from Rick Smith, Martin's agent: "We have no idea where you got this information, but it wasn't even close."

"We'd appreciate it if everyone backed off and allowed the process to happen organically."

Wow, Jason La Canfora really sucks at his job. He is wrong on almost every stroy he publishes. I wonder what dirt he has on upper management at CBS that he continues to keep his job.

Uh-oh. Hold the candles and the cake for a sec.

Ha Ha Ha. I cannot wait for JLC come free agency.

I wonder where, "Hickey was staring daggers", came from?

How does this dude still have a job?

JLC, worst....ever.

I'd like for someone to blow him up on the twitter, make him feel like a dumbass

I can't even remember the last time one of his stories wasn't disputed... Wow, I think IncarceratedBob has a better track record

The "abuse" that Martin alleges would look like child's play compared to the traditional hazing that fraternity pledges are subjected to in universities big and small for countless generations (including Well's & Martin's controlling parents), and of course Stanford. Was Martin forced to drink til he passed out, streak around Davie naked, rudely proposition co-eds, steal opponents' keepsakes or mascots, paint "F the opponent" on their walls in the dead of night, or be forced to run around town with his panties over his head? It's a right of passage and loads of these pledges actually build fellowship, fortitude and backbone as a result of being "victimized." All of them who get through are stronger than this softboi.

I hope we kick her azz to the curb, she gets signed by a PC minded owner looking to pander to Czar Roger the First, ends up being treated like a pariah by teammates who understand the reality of the locker-room and are untrustfing of a snitch, who ends up quitting on them too as the second step of an inexorable downward spiral.

The guys that started this whole media assault on the Miami Dolphins wants the media to back off now that they aren't working in his favor. He should have let the Martin/Incognito dispute happen "organically".

Someone will trade for him. Might not be much but the rookie contract price tag should bring out a couple bidders.

I'd take whatever is offered and move on. No way he's on the team when camp starts regardless of what the PC coaches say.

I am hoping for draft day trade, possibly a move up in a round to draft his replacement.

I saw this coming. Its time to **** this clown over and refuse to release him, much like Cinci did with Carson Palmer.

Wow! How were you able to see "this coming"? You must be the only person to think that Martin wouldn't want to come back to the team he walked away from. Can't believe he doesn't want to line up next to one of the guys he had issues with

I'd treat Martin like Al Davis did Marcus Allen years ago.......Spiteful?..You betcha!!!

Oh yea? Show me your posts from 2 months back suggesting a situation where the Dolphins might welcome Martin back?
