You understand that Miami is not a desirable spot for a lot of the candidates. Kubiak is going to command big money and a bigger commitment in terms of contract. He does not need to coach next year. Plus, Baltimore is a better spot than Miami currently.
I like how people automatically think Kubiak is going to be the guy now…I would jump on that idea until you see it happen.
there's no link as he messaged me back when I asked him to clarify and I posted it in another thread. Here's the screenshot as to not be accused of fabrication

I meant to say they incorporated what RGIII did well. typo.
You do not think the read option was incorporating what RGIII did well and put it with what the original offseason?
Hayden, Is it the zero state tax, the very promising young QB, the 2nd wealthiest owner in the NFL who is committed to making the team a winner, the great climate or Joe Philbin as our Head Coach that makes it such an undesirable place to be?

they ran the guy to so much contact he was a shell of himself to start the 2013 season...that guys game completely revolves around the threat of his legs and his quick acceleration and they did absolutely nothing to try and preserve that...and i mean nothing

The only reason not to come here imo is philbin is on a hot seat. He could get fired next year and that means the entire staff he hired would be gone. As for GM, i think it is fairly attractive
I won't lie, I am one of the ones that didn't like the friendship aspect between him and Philbin. That didn't go so well the last two years.

Absolutely, that whole offense was like something out of Inspector Gadget... set to explode in 10 seconds. It was madness for anyone to think it could be sustained year after year.
In fairness to Shanahan, though -- not that I wanted him as our OC -- weren't they like 8th in yards last year regardless? Seem to remember that.
