NOBODY...I MEAN NOBODY knows anything about Terrell Owens going to Miami. If they say they do they are liars. I will bet any amount of money that besides small talk behind closed doors about the situation, Saban hasn't even let TO coming to Miami be a blip on his radar. And in addition to that, no one would be telling anyone anyhow.

Any analyst besides Dan marino who says, or will say, TO is coming to Miami is lying unless they are speaking from a 100% opinion.

Dan Marino? What the hell does he know about football. The only reason he even has a job is because he was a great player. He knows as much about what's going on in the NFL as the fans on this site.....unless you were talking about behind close doors in Miami where Dan has been known to be consulted. But if you listen to the opinion of Marino for football knowledge then....sheesh

WHAT ??? didn't you see all the posts about how good a qb coach he is and HE could fix our woes if only Nick would hire him. Shame on you for not believing ...:goof:

Hey i love Dan, he was my favorite player growing up and he's a Miami sports legend....but when it comes to football knowledge i'd rather get my info from "Justasportsfan" or "FinsRClowns" than from Danny Boy.

I'd take him in a heartbeat.

An imediate shot with T.O... How is Philly doing with him... playoff certain????? T.O (Like so many people have said) is a great wide reciever...but he is a cancer and has broken philly this season... NOT WORTH IT!!! and if he calls we should introduce him to Carrey (Carrey his A$$)

How did Philly do last year with Owens? How did he make Mr. Inaccurate Donovan McNabb look? Even this season he played incredible. The Eagles problem has been on defense and special teams and with their QB NOTHING to do with T.O on the field....and i cant say that his off the field actions have attributed to the Eagles losing. They cant rush the passer, their LB's other than Trotter have not played well, their secondary his been bad, they had an awful draft, their special teams is bad, their pass blocking coaching and run game....T.O if anything was a bright spot this year.

T.O will expect nothing less than a 1 year deal for say 2-3 million but it will be loaded with incentives and bonus's if he can reach certain goals. Now would you take a chance on T.O for ONE year? I certainly would......

Totally agree.

As for the TO thing, what ever happened to actions speak louder than words? Why are people so sensitive to what he says? He plays and practices his heart out, that should be the only thing that matters. Everyone on the team should dismiss every word out of his mouth. Remember how Jordon and the Bulls handled Rodman? Everytime Rodman did something crazy, Jordon would be like 'well thats just how dennis is, as long as he plays hard on the court, everything is ok' You need that sort of attitude to win with TO. Because, his ACTIONS are GOOD, his WORDS are bad. So the team shouldn't value what he says.

Yep....The Rodman thing has been brought up a lot and it's really a very good analogy. I'm not defending Owens or what he's done, but certainly i think you have two different situations in San Fran and Philly and a team that would pick him up would be greatly rewarded because lightning wont strike thrice if you look at what happened in the past. What T.O did in San Francisco was inexcusable, however his situation in Philadelphia was different because RosenMOUTH decided T.O deserved more Money on a deal T.O was foolish enough to sign in the first place, again T.O handled the situation the wrong way but wasn't wrong on what he was fighting....not entirely.

:yeahthat:....All this crap was said 2 weeks before T.O got suspended on a radio talk show in Philly....This is utter B.S....T.O is the best WR out there and if we can land him this team would be vertually unstopable....We took RW back so lets take T.O too.

i just find it funny how people worship the opinions of stupid people/things like Sean Salisbury, Merril Hodge, Sports Illustrated etc. Self-Proclaimed "NFL Know it alls" when those sources are completely wrong all of the time, usually say outrageous and stupid things and finally we have a legitimate NFL guy who KNOWS football and is widely respected for his opinion in the NFL commenting on the Dolphins AND Cowboys both being major players for T.O

I'm just the type of person that values what people DO more than what they SAY.

You want to say a bunch of nonsense, go right ahead, but the second you dont do what you are supposed to, then we have a problem.

For a lot of people TO is 100% wrong in this because the national media has taken an anti-TO side. But if you look at the specifics, the Eagles also hold a good amount of blame here.

according to Phil Jackson it is a terrible comparison. Rodman never attacked his teammates or made deliberatly devisive comments about the owners and staff.
