You might be right about my adding the word "very" there--I'll stand by the fact that he had a "good" scrimmage, especially for someone who's had little experience starting inthe League. Very good might be overstating it.
BTW, here's my post from July 17, 2004 I was referencing earlier
"I have a hunch it's the Phins who are going to be getting reacquainted with losing (which admittedly hasn't happened much in South Florida)--an aging defense that may be missing another one of its best players for more than half the season, a makework O-line with unproven talent that's 80% reworked (Jeno James equals one good year, St. Clair, the human turnstyle, a rookie at one tackle and a second year guy at the other, McIntosh's injury, and the list goes on and on), and no one really jumping out to play QB (I read something on ESPN or CNNSI this week saying that Rosefels looked the best in your last minicamp). You may have the receivers and Ricky, but without the O-line and the QB to get them the ball, watch out. You guys are closer to the cliff than you think...."
I come here because I like talking football with intelligent fans of any stripe (and sometime, like last year's Ricky bizarro world experience, I actually just feel bad for you guys), but out of all the boards I visit, I must admit, this one has the most homers of any I've seen. Maybe it's just the Bills-Fins rivalry, but still.
