Merged: Bills/Packers Scrimmage-NFL Network

Who cares how JP played. Personally I think he did ok. He's going to go through the normal growing pains a first year starter goes through.

The Bills D looks scary. A notch below Baltimore IMO.

If I'm a Bills fan thoug, I'm worried about the O-line. McGahee was not getting much room to run against a very soft Packers front seven.

I'm very pleased with how the team looks as a whole at this point. It's still very early and I feel things came together pretty well. As time goes on things will look more polished. Overall, I'm very happy where we are at this early.

You have to be. The defense looks really, really good. Receivers look good. The offensive line doesn't, but like you said, it's early.

Watched the Bills and Pack tonight

And one thing I noticed with good ole JP, was the fact he looked like A.J. Yes not as good an arm but he did one thing like Feeley he locked on his target and never looked at anyone else. In other words Feeley > Losman.

when did they play, was it preseason or a rerun.

I don't think Losman looked as bad as you guys are making him out to be. He by no means looked good, but he wasn't awful. One mistake that sticks out in my mind is JP could've walked into the endzone and he started to run, and at the last minute threw a dart into double coverage to Evans.

As for the Packers, if they want a good D, they're gonna need to get some bigger DTs, and a better DE to be across from KGB than Chapman.

I heard he started out strong, then made a lot of mistakes on one drive. I try to listen to anyone who doesn't use sentences like "Loserman sux lolz", and based on those reports it seems like he seemed a little uncomfortable in the pocket and has a tendency to run it before he has to (A la Huard in 1999). Once he got into a rhythm, he seemed to do well against the Packers' defense... But in all fairness, who doesn't?
I also heard that the Bills' defense did great, as expected. Hopefully when I watch the actual scrimmage I can make my own decision on how the Bills played.

Hard to believe they sold out Lambeu for a freaking scrimage. Not even a preseason, but a SCRIMAGE !!!! Wow
I know. Its great to be alive !

First time posting on your boards, just stoped in to see what the division rivals thought about the game. I gotta say Im very suprised you's posted on the game objectivly, since most on other boards did the whole " he sucks, they suck" thing. Most of you's came to the same conclusions I did, but then again I'm bias. So anyways thought I'd just stop in, say hi.

Yeah, but I don't think that's anything to worry about. I'm sure they will watch the game tape and address that.

I enjoy football and like to be objective about it. When rival fans can't think that way I get negative in a hurry though.

enjoy your stay here. Most of us will talk our fair share of trash, but (for the most part) we are all ojective and truthful with our observations of teams.
