I guess Phillip Buchanon is better than Pat........

I know that Pat has a horrible contract situation.....but what did the Skins get for Bailey?

Well, remember, pat can only shut down one side of the field, you still have the entire opposite side of the field to work on now.. gotta look at the positives.. :wink:

Nick: Hey Carl, you guys have worked out a contract with Pat, Great, well, he's yours, send us your second rounder and we'll be done.

Carl: Screw you Nick, we are NOT giving up a 2nd rounder, you can have the 4th.

Nick: (through muffled laughter and choking).. 4th, excuse me carl, did you say 4th?

Nooooooooo!!!!!!!!

I can't believe they actually traded away the best corner in the NFL, for draft picks. With Pat at least you knew they weren't passing to one side of the field, now you have to worry about both, and no Sammy Knight. It's a disaster if you ask me. To add to that Sabin will end up relying on a rookie RB, and maybe QB to win him games. And a hole has been split so wide open in our secondary that every QB in the leage smiled when the trade went down. then we coun't on Will Poole, who is good but not that good. And IMO he seems a little slow.

It's enough to make someone become a Chiefs fan, well not really but almost.
 
Man.... I wanted us to trade Pat but I thought the Buchanan deal would boost his value. Buchanan is more valuable than PS? I dont think so.


the 2nd is nice, but after the Buchanan deal, I thought they would haveto throw something extra in like a 3rd rounder next year. I cant believe we swapped 5th rounders... we basically did that to make Carl feel good about himself.

I guess we only got a 2nd because of the cost of Surtain and the cap space we have by trading him.
 
Well i wish PAT good luck..i know that when im watching KC games i will be rooting for him to do good . very sad to see him go, i wish we couldve kept him even though it was damn near impossible..He was my fav player i dont know i how im gonna carry on
