After the first time he looks up..... parking garage closed! I said it here first.

There won't be a first time he looks up. The organization already knows about it, and it's always closed when practices are closed. I got busted up their a few years back, and had to leave. Since a lot of fans were doing it, they took care of it...

i don't blame him to some degree. Miami local fans are one of the worst in the league. the ultimate armchair quarterback, critcizing all the professional athletes when they do one thing wrong, booing their own team, none of the players, or coaches like that, and they just lose respect for us as a fanbase.

Every team has the same type fans, some good, some knowitalls, some love to boo....

But at mini camps, if someone gets too loud they make them leave.

Personally, I love the fact that Nick is running a tight ship. We're a totally different team from the one headed by Wannstedt.

Which is my point. If it is overboard to some, i say.........oh well. This is something that does not affect me in the least. This will not affect me in my school work, this will not affect me in my marriage, this will not affect me in anything other than putting a better football team on the field come sundays in September.

Once again, I can understand all of you who attend these events and report on them, but if you think about it, you are giving the world information. If they close training camp then you have an arguement but I think we will be enacting the new defense and offense and it will start with this mini camp, so just keep that in mind and Just expect more of it because Saban truly believes in keeping secrets as to what the organization is doing. I think people will begin to hate Saban because he wont tell you anything. Why would you want a coach to tell you something about what we have planned?

Let's face it folks: in the salad days, when this team was making the playoffs year after year after year, the coaching staff could afford to be a bit cavalier with fan and media access. But when your franchise has just suffered through a 4-12 season, you have a lot to fix. And you don't necessarily want to do it with a thousand people who think they have all the answers looking over your shoulder.

I don't think he can close the garage. The students who attend school, have to park there as well. I highly doubt Saban can, or will keep us from watching.

Personally, I'm pissed. Who the hell does Saban think he is???....

His whole approach concerning the media / fans has sucked thus far IMO. Things are going to have to change if he plans on having any friends down here....

It's this simple. If you start winning, all of this b.s. won't matter. If you don't then it will bother you. It is nice to have something in the off-season, but if this starts a new era of Fins success, then it is a small price to pay, no?

I'm actually working on getting agent passes to the two mini camps. I've been getting some players for a friend of mine, who just started a sports agency co., one of them being Seddrick Irvin, who was with the Dolphins under Wanny.

I actually had the chance to attend the private workout that the Dolphins just had. One of thier players is Santana Moss' cousin, Greg. I had an obligation that prevented me from going but if there are anymore workouts left, I'm going.

He did not mention Qb schools so lets wait and see if they, for one, have them, and two, if they let us in. If we think about it, most of the early reports came from Qb schools in may, and there were usually two mini camps starting in June. Plus, if all else fails, I know of a certain Roof top parking spot that, if at all possible, I will try and sneak up to watch from. It's a perfect view, that I've used plenty of times during stormy days.

THE THING THAT HAS ME PISSED IS NOW IM GOING TO HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER EXCUSE TO MISS WORK!!!! Dang you Coach Satan, dang you......

Last time I checked he did not own the team. I disagree, I think this is a selfish move on his part without regard to the fans, the people who pay his pay check and all of the players on the field.

That's funny.....the last time I checked, the guy that DOES own the team is 100% behind Saban and his decisions. Ya know, hopefully this little sticking point (not being able to attend the mini-camps) will cut some of the dead-weight off of our fanbase. Those of us that have always been Phin fans will still be here come hell or high water. So far, in reading your responses in this thread, I have seen NOTHING positive from you on the subject of Saban. My opinion is that if you have that much of an issue with the new coach of this team, maybe you would be better served following the Bucs or Jags.

I know that this is going back a few weeks, but I thought that I would bring it up again in light of recent news concerning this subject. The guy I spoke to did say that this was subject to change so who really knows how things are subject to change? Hell, who knows, the June mini-camp may even get closed to the public. I'll still be there though.

I just got a call from A guy on the Phins staff. He told me that as it stands now, the first practices that will be open to the public will be June 10, 11 and 12. He did say that this is subject to change but this is all the info that he had on it at this point. BTW Ozzy, I'll be on the sideline for one of those practices....see ya there?

If TC is going to be open,I don't think it's a big deal. I like what the "Little General" is doing. He definitly letting people know who's in charge. It might limit some of our pre-preseason info, but if it helps Saban do what he needs to do to help this team get where it needs to go then I'm all for it.

I do not approve of what he did, and if that amounts to not approving of Saban so be it. But I am a season ticket holder and I have a right to be unhappy with a decision of Saban's. I don't think this guy is god and he has a lot to prove. Are you a season ticket holder? I can critisize when I want to, it does not mean I am not a real fan, it means when I find fault I say it. Some people around here, you say one thing against the proclaimed coaching god and you are no longer qualified to be a fan, ridiculous.
