WQAM said Darlington is reporting that Dolphins GM job is "a very coveted one" across the league. Maybe we can be a little picky

#Dolphins say they will conduct an immediate search for “new leadership.” Hear V.P. of football administration Dawn Aponte in charge for now

Holy ****. She is like Al Hague.

LOL at the Al Hague reference.... You had to dig deep for that one.

Now I can look forward to the draft again know we might not waste our picks on injured players and projects with no positions.

Ozzy rules!!

I’ve already heard from multiple people around NFL asking what Dolphins will do at GM. High interest. This is going to be VERY coveted role.

Really? Great news!! I have been hearing the opposite regarding the OC.

I hope so. However, let me say this…all the people coveting this job gets smaller as he has to inherit Joe Philbin.

just heard on finsider that they want to hire someone above gaine, so he is ruled out

We have to hope Ross tells any interested GM that he has control over the coaching situation. If not, it will limit us.

I don't care who it is, as long Philbin is consulted on the hire. He will have a year or two to implement what he started and he needs someone he can rely on.
