Just think how much less confident would you feel if Peyton was meeting with Sparano instead of Philbin? What a difference a year makes. Get it done Joe!

Try and keep up with the facts and not let your own biased get in the way. Fisher liked Ireland and wanted him as his GM but also wanted too much power but your agenda is fine.
 
This tells me Philbin MUST impress with football planning and strategy because without Ireland there, that's all it could be about.

It seems like the fallback plan will be Moore/Tannehill.
 
This doesn't bode well for the Cardinals but I think these are just courtesy visits to tell both teams, "Thanks but no thanks. Please quit calling."

Cmon now.

Flynn is not dumb, he knows that if he waits until Manning signs, the teams left out will be in a bid war for his services. He already stated he will not sign until Peyton does.
 
He seems to be the best recruiter we have. He is confident and knows what he is talking about. We shall see.
 
This is good. Joe sounds like a very intelligent, articulate man. Keep Ross and Ireland as far away from this as possible.
 
dont like it. If he doesnt want to come to the fins TODAY then dont get involved. I dont want Flynn but I also dont want to hear about this BS any more if he is choosing not to see the fins today.
I am done with it, Draft Best player available, ride it out with moore and if he is as bad as a lot of you think he is we will have a good pick in a deep draft next year.
 
Manning is in a pressure spot he would only meet with teams he would strongly think of joining. Mort and schef said so to. You would have to think miami at least is hanging on by a thread in the race......
 
Atleast miami will make some sort of effort. My prediction is that Manning will make his decision friday. Like I said, (pending Az cap restructuring) it'll be AZ vs MIA. Tenn & Denver are probably fallback options.
 
Philbin will be a legend before a game is played if he gets this done...lol
