Yes that is far more a rational thought process than to think Philbin has a really good idea what type of QB he think's Flynn is.

What if Philbin thinks he doesn't have what it takes to be a starter for him? Should he just fall into our ignorant POV on the situation?

There is ZERO chance, I mean ZERO chance, that if Philbin thought Flynn was worth that type of RISK Ireland would have tried to get a bargain deal with him.
 
I am so ****ing confused right now. So now we are down to overpaying Alex Smith, signing a has-been in David Garrard, sticking with Matt Moore, or trading a bunch of draft picks to move up and get a QB that needs 2 years to develop in Tannehill. Dammit!

Matt Moore at 2.5 mill and Ryan Tannehill at 8 > Matt Flynn for 9 mill a year. I like Flynn but i'd prefer Tannehill's upside, growth and continuity with Mike Sherman than give Matt Flynn that type of money.

Blow for Barkley. Time to trade Reggie Bush, he's going to help us win too many games! Let's try and figure out what team other than us will have the worst record in the league, and try to acquire their 1st round pick, so we double our chances. Want a QB? Gotta go all in.
 
Well it looks like all the Matt Moore lovers got their christmas early. So glad to be looking forward to another 5-11 season.
 
It's amazing how people are so split on this topic. A lot of people thought Flynn sucked b/c he wasn't experienced enough. Now others are complaining that Flynn wasn't signed for any reason.

Can't have it both ways.
 
I think some of you forget that we were one of the toughest teams in the league last year when Matt Moore took over. We draft Tannehill or we don't we are still gonna be a good team. I can't believe some of you actually think Alex Smith is a better option than Matt Moore.
 
Oh my god we missed out on the great Matt Flynn, the Dolphins may as well forfeit the franchise.
