Of course the converse is whether it's appropriate for a head coach to create such a "Big Brother is watching" atmosphere as to be aware of personal texts and conversations among his players. Just how much of a "microscope" should a head coach have his team under? An appropriate distance and respect for personal boundaries is going to bring with it the lack of awareness of certain things.

I really like Joe P. but I have to be honest and just dont see him panning out as an elite head coach in this league...he seems average at best and doesnt make adjustments to win the games and lets teams come back from 14point leads to tie/ or win the game. Things need to change

funny cuz the first 3 weeks our halftime adjustments were brilliant night and day from half to half. most were on defense so maybe thats a credit to kevin coyle
