Dolphins announced today that GM Chris Grier will oversee football operations reporting directly to owner Stephen Ross. Executive vice president of football operations Mike Tannenbaum has been reassigned within the organization.
 
Wtf? This is pathetic. Clear out the ****ing New York trash! Ross can’t help himself, he just can’t quit his Manhattan suits!

What genuine football mind will want to come to this franchise with this level of dysfunction. The former VP of football operations still in the org in the owner’s ear?

Ross is a ****ing fool beyond comprehension! How in the ever ****ing hell was he successful in New York real estate. Between him and Trump apparently you can have the intellect of gnat and the business acumen of a jellyfish and still be successful in Manhattan real estate. It boggles the mind.
 
Vice President of Janitorial duties is best suited for him
 
All of this leads to Rex Ryan as our next coach...
 
Ok Tannenbaum reassigned and Grier promoted is a huge failure. Starting to feel like those who have said this team will never be successful until Ross sells it are right.
 
IMO this SCREAMS that the Dolphins already have their coaching list down to a few people, headlined by john harbaugh.

Why bring in a new front office piece when the owner and the current one already agree on a vision?

They are gonna go after john harbaugh, and if it doesn't work they have a short list of candidates that I'm sure they have confidence in attaining
