I think it's likely a DT will be what Nick is after next year. That said, I believe Nick believes in value drafting and that he'll do his best to move around to make the value curve and the need line match before taking anybody if he can.
I don't think it's going to be T because Houck will have this unit playing quite well. A LT project in the 3rd or 4th would probably be a wise investment, though.
I don't think it's going to be QB because I think this team may just end up with the loser of the Brees/Rivers battle or with another QB already in the league. If that doesn't happen, I still don't think it's likely Miami will have the ammo to move up to get ML. I doubt anybody else is really going to be worth a first rounder.
I don't think it's going to be S because safeties usually don't command that sort of pick unless they're Roy Williams or Sean Taylor (just look how Taylor has thanked the Redskins for the selection, too).
I don't think it's going to be CB because Poole will be back and because this team tends to have a good track record of getting value talent there.
I don't think it's going to be DE because we seem to be fine at that position. Ditto for WR and RB.
I don't think it's going to be TE because it's possible to get a good one in the 2nd or 3rd even if we need one.
I think LB is a very interesting possibility if there's a real impact player available.
